Details

This direction on behalf of the Secretary of State to the Financial Reporting Council (FRC) was issued on 17 June 2016. It relates to tasks for the regulation of statutory auditors under the Statutory Auditors and Third Country Auditors Regulations 2016. Under the direction the Financial Reporting Council is expected to delegate tasks to the supervisory bodies recognised under Schedule 10 to the Companies Act 2006.
