We have received a request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 for the following: 

1. How many third and subsequent AVR applications were received so far in 2007 and what proportion of these has been accepted?

 

1. It would be useful also to compare these figures against those for first and second AVR applications.

 

1. Can you also list the criteria upon which you decide whether to block an AVR application
