Details

The AssetPlus self-assessment tools are one of a number of Early Practice Changes that are available to use in youth offending teams before the technical deployment of AssetPlus. Each YOT can decide locally whether to implement each Change.

Young person and parent/carer asessments in the 1st person are available in English and Welsh.

The self-assessment tools provide a standardised self-assessment which is aligned to the core AssetPlus assessment and can be tailored to reflect the individual circumstances of the young person.

Please ensure you read all of the supporting guidance before implementing the tools.
