This report records the observations and recommendations that have emerged from the triennial review of the Armed Forces’ Pay Review Body (AFPRB).

The review has examined evidence both in relation to the continuing need for the AFPRB and its status as a non departmental public body (NDPB), and that the governance arrangements in place are compliant with Cabinet Office guidance.
