You must submit your application to make a change to an Equine Stem Cell Centre Authorisation (ESCCA) to the Veterinary Medicines Directorate.

To help you prepare your application read Veterinary Medicines Guidance Note (VMGN) No. 15 – Manufacturing Authorisations.

All applications are checked upon receipt for completeness you will then be sent an invoice for the fee.

Applications are processed within set timescales as set out in Veterinary Medicines Guidance (VMGN) No.18 - Release of Veterinary Medicinal Products to the UK Market.
