Details

Use this form if the veterinary medicinal product is licensed by means of a Marketing Authorisation (MA) or an Animal Test Certificate (ATC).

Submit your application to the Veterinary Medicines Directorate before it can be released on to the market.

Fees

Following receipt of your application you will be sent an invoice for the fee.

The fee charged for the first batch is £560. The fee for any subsequent batches, where the request is submitted at the same time, will be charged at £100 per batch.
