  1. As of 28 July 2014 there have been 193 applications from 153 individuals - some individuals apply for more than one conviction or caution to be disregarded.

  2. The scheme applies to offences committed in England and Wales only, though applicants from outside the area may apply if the offence was committed in England and Wales. The breakdown is based on the current home address of the applicant.
