Use this form to record a partial assignment of goods and/or services for a single trade mark.

Details
Do not use this form to record a change to the ownership for a full assignment of rights. Use form TM16 ‘Application to record a change of ownership’.
To make a change an owner’s name, use form TM21A ‘Change of owner’s name, address or email’.
Note: This form is not a substitute for the assignment document or other proof of the transaction.
