This document contains the following information: Protocol additional to the Agreement between the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, the European Atomic Energy Community and the International Atomic Energy Agency for the application of standards in the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland in connection with the Treaty on the non-proliferation of nuclear weapons: Vienna, 22 September 1998

The Protocol entered into force on 30 April 2004. The Treaty was previously published as Miscellaneous no. 21 (1999) Cm. 4282

This Command Paper was laid before Parliament by a Government Minister by Command of Her Majesty. Command Papers are considered by the Government to be of interest to Parliament but are not required to be presented by legislation.
