Details

This guidance is for administrative staff, presenting officers, managers, and senior caseworkers in presenting officer units (POUs). It explains the processes to follow when appeal court list data is sent to POUs (usually 6 working days before the hearing date). It covers:

  • allocating appeals
  • case management reviews
  • adjourned appeals
  • post-appeal action
