This is our annual report on the operation of the UK internal market and developments as to the effectiveness of the operation of that market. The report fulfils our statutory reporting requirement under s.33(5) of the UK Internal Market Act 2020.

The annual report presents an overview of data in relation to intra-UK trade and discusses current and upcoming regulatory developments that are affecting, or have the potential to affect, the UK internal market. The report includes analysis of the potential for regulatory difference to emerge in goods and services sectors and in regulated professions. The report also includes business strategy case studies, looking at sectors where regulatory differences have arisen or may arise in the near future.
