Annual Report and Accounts covers the financial year 2012/13. This paper was laid before Parliament in response to a legislative requirement or as a Return to an Address and was ordered to be printed by the House of Commons.

Sustainability Plan 2012/13 sets out end of year progress for all sustainability targets established by the internal sustainability working group for 2012/13. An overall summary of performance is available in the Annual Report and Accounts 2012/13.

Clarification on Annual Report and Accounts 2011/12 provides information that the MMO committed to provide following customer feedback on our annual report for 2011/12. This allows greater comparability across reporting periods.
