This is the Advisory Council’s fifth annual report, which provides an overview of its work, as required by the Commissioner for Public Appointments in respect of non-departmental public bodies. It gives details of the main issues the Advisory Council considered between April 2005 to March 2006 as well as general information about its terms of reference, membership and administration arrangements, as well as the work of its committees and working groups.
