Details

The Traffic Commissioner made orders to:

  • disqualify John Barr indefinitely as a transport manager
  • suspend the operator licence held by Andrew Adams & Partners T/A A&Y Adams & Sons for a minimum of 6 weeks with effect from 23:59 on 30 April 2018; the said suspension will be removed on satisfaction as to professional competence, the identity of the partners and financial standing for 4 vehicles
  • suspend the vehicles currently specified on the licence and stop the vehicles from being used on this or any other licence during the period of suspension of the licence

The decision was made on 5 April 2018.
