The Traffic Commissioner made orders to:
- curtail the operator’s licence held by Ancholme Agriculture Haulage Ltd from 5 to 3 vehicles from 16 July 2018
- disqualify James Stuart Smith, with immediate effect, for a period of 3 years, from acting as Transport Manager on any operator’s licence. He must first retake and pass the CPC qualification before returning to the industry as a Transport Manager.
- grant a period of grace until 31 August 2018 for the operator to engage a Transport Manager
