This document contains the following information: Amendment to Article 16 of the Framework Agreement between the French Republic, the Federal Republic of Germany, the Italian Republic, the Kingdom of Spain, the Kingdom of Sweden and the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland Concerning Measures to Facilitate the Restructuring and Operation of the European Defence Industry, Signed at Farnborough on 27th July 2000.

Adopted by the Executive Committee Brussels, 13 March 2008. The Amendment has not been ratified by the United Kingdom.

This Command Paper was laid before Parliament by a Government Minister by Command of Her Majesty. Command Papers are considered by the Government to be of interest to Parliament but are not required to be presented by legislation.
