The Traffic Commissioner made orders to:
- revoke the operator licence held by AJG Logistics Ltd with immediate effect
- consider whether, and for how long, Stuart Murphy should be disqualified from holding or obtaining an operator’s licence at a hearing on 30 April 2018
- adjourn consideration of the appropriate direction which might be made against Ellwood Transport Ltd until 30 April 2018
- refuse the application made by LNH Transport Services Ltd for an operator’s licence
- consider for how long Stuart Murphy should be disqualified from acting as transport manager at a hearing on 30 April 2018
