This document contains the following information: Agreement between the Government of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and the government of the Republic of Uzbekistan on procedures for implementing transit through the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan of motorised armoured vehicles (without weapons) being transported out of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan in connection with the participation of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland in efforts to ensure the security, stabilisation and reconstruction of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan : Tashkent, 5 September 2012.

The Agreement entered into force on 16 May 2013. The Agreement was previously published as Uzbekistan No. 2 (2013) Cm 8523 (ISBN 9780101852326).

This Command Paper was laid before Parliament by a Government Minister by Command of Her Majesty. Command Papers are considered by the Government to be of interest to Parliament but are not required to be presented by legislation.
