This document contains the following information: Agreement between the Government of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and the government of the Czech and Slovak Federal Republic for the promotion and protection of investments: with protocol; Prague, 10 July 1990; with an amending Exchange of notes; Prague, 23 August 1991 and 24 October 1991.

The Agreement entered into force 24.10.91 and the Agreement entered into force 26.10.92.-The Agreement was previously published as Czech and Slovak Federal Republic no.1 (1990) Cm 1306.

This Command Paper was laid before Parliament by a Government Minister by Command of Her Majesty. Command Papers are considered by the Government to be of interest to Parliament but are not required to be presented by legislation.
