This document contains the following information: Agreement between the government of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and the government of the United Mexican States on the enforcement of criminal sentences: Mexico City, 5 November 2004.

The Treaty entered into force on 26 June 2005. The Agreement was previously published as Mexico no. 1 (2005) Cm. 4453.

This Command Paper was laid before Parliament by a Government Minister by Command of Her Majesty. Command Papers are considered by the Government to be of interest to Parliament but are not required to be presented by legislation.
