During the period October 2016 to March 2019 the Government Legal Department did not issue any decisions on applications submitted under the Business Appointment Rules. In the quarter April to June 2019 GLD received one application under BAR but following an examination of the new role no conditions were set by the organisation. In the quarter July to September 2019 the Government Legal Department did not issue any decisions on applications received under the Business Appointment Rules. In the quarter October to December 2019 GLD received one application under BAR but following an examination of the new role no conditions were set by the organisation. In the period January to December 2020 the Government Legal Department did not issue any decisions on applications received under the Business Appointment Rules.
