We were asked the following:
1) How many (full-time equivalent) agency staff have you employed in the last financial year?
2) The amount of (full-time equivalent) positions that were reduced from the staff at the department in the last financial year.
If it does not breach the resource limit specified in the FOI Act, please also include the same figures for 2 years previous.
A: 1.) We employed 3 agency staff in the 2011 to 2012 period. One person was full time for 2 months; 1 was full time for 5 months; and the third person was full time for 7 months.
A: 2.) No (full-time equivalent) positions were reduced permanently from the staff headcount at the department in the same period.
