This report sets out the findings of the triennial review of the Advisory Panel on Public Sector Information (APPSI).

The review of APPSI was carried out between March 2014 and November 2014 as part of the government’s triennial review programme for non-departmental public bodies. It was announced by the Justice Minister on 27 March 2014 by written ministerial statement.
The report, based on the evidence gathered, makes recommendations as to the future of APPSI.
