Details
The Animals in Science Committee has produced a report in response to a ministerial commission for advice on the evidence of alternative methods and appropriate justification for the use of the forced swim test under the Animals (Scientific Procedures) Act.
As required by the commission, the advice has been provided with due consideration to the legitimate requirements of science and industry and to the protection of animals.
