Additional Statutory Paternity Pay and Leave: becoming a parent (SC7)

There is no longer a requirement for this form as Additional Statutory Paternity Pay and Leave was replaced by Shared Parental Leave and Pay for babies due or children placed for adoption on or after 5 April 2015.

Use form SC7 if you are an employee and need to apply for Additional Statutory Paternity Pay (ASPP) and Leave.

Only use this form if you’re the baby’s biological father or the mother’s husband or partner - including female partner in a same-sex couple.
