Details

The claimants alleged the Union had breached section 30(2)(a) of the Trade Union and Labour Relations (Consolidation) Act 1992 by refusing their requests to access the accounting records of their branch of the Union, within 28 days of the requests being made. The complaints were upheld. The Certification Officer did not consider it appropriate to issue an enforcement order on the Union.
