Letter responding to the inspector’s report on construction of a highway, the A15 Lincoln Eastern Bypass. It outlines the decisions of the Secretary of State for Transport and the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs. The letter concerns a:
- side roads order
- compulsory purchase order
- application in relation to the compulsory purchase of land
submitted for confirmation by Lincolnshire County Council.
The attached annex details the modifications to the orders.
