Details

This project aimed to identify effective models and strategies for developing the knowledge and skills of the children’s workforce in relation to child poverty and disadvantage. It looks at the diversity of needs in the core and wider workforce and across the public, private, voluntary and independent sectors.

It reviews existing support, guidance and training, and those under development. It also looks at other training and resources on the topic of childhood disadvantage more generally, if there are shortfalls in provision and how these might be addressed.
