On 10 May 2023, the Minister for Postal Affairs informed the House of Commons that the Department for Business and Trade was commissioning an independent review of the governance of Post Office’s remuneration practices in relation to the Inquiry Support Metric. Simmons & Simmons were appointed to lead the review and the report contains Simmons & Simmons’ findings and recommendations.
