Details

The new Horizon programme is delivered to men considered to be at a medium, high or very high risk of reoffending, who have committed a sexual offence. The process evaluation conducted in 2016 at 6 early implementation sites, aimed to gauge the perceptions of both the staff delivering Horizon and the participants completing the programme, in order to evaluate the programme’s design and optimise it for successful delivery across all sex offender sites.
