A peer reviewed paper which reports results of project looking at a method to measure sucralose in various food products.

The study was part of a collaborative trial, funded by the Food Standards Agency, to fully validate a reversed-phase liquid chromatography method with refractive index detection for the determination of sucralose in various food products including yoghurt, jam, carbonated beverage, and low carbohydrate chocolate confectionery.
