We have received a request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 for the following:
I would like a freedom of information disclosure detailing how many license’s have been granted for cannabis cultivation, for any purpose, from January 2010 to present, and to whom these licences have been granted.
We released the following information on 28 February 2012.
The number of licences issued for the purpose of cannabis cultivation for the years 2010 and 2011 were 32 and 33 respectively. So far, one licence has been issued in 2012.
