Details

The Global accounts sets out information such as private registered providers’ income and costs, the value of their housing assets and the level of borrowing that they have.

This page also includes an analysis of unit costs at group and entity level, which gives the headline costs per social housing unit, broken down into components.

The 2015 unit cost data is available on the 2015 Global accounts page.

We have also issued a press release for the 2016 Global accounts.
