Details

The bidding round for the British Embassy’s Bilateral Programme Fund (BPF) 2014-2015 is now open. The Fund supports priorities areas of work in Indonesia and Timor-Leste.

In Indonesia the fund is focussed on:

  • Good governance, human rights (in particular women’s), democratic processes
  • Security sector engagement
  • Cyber security and internet governance

And in Timor-Leste on:

  • Conflict prevention, human rights, education and economic diversification

We welcome applications for funding for projects on these topics from government, NGOs, civil society, universities and think thanks.

Priority will be given to proposals with a high impact and concrete outcomes at national or regional level.

We accept applications for co-funding for larger projects.

How to bid

Please read the guidelines carefully before you complete the attached concept note. Please be informed that the project should start after mid June 2014 and must end by 28 February 2015. Multi-year proposals are not permitted. Budgets will be assessed for value for money.
