This report is based on data provided to the European Commission under Article 13 of Directive 76/160/EEC (the Bathing Water Directive), as amended by Article 3 of Directive 91/692/EEC. It provides a summary of the results of the 2011 survey of the quality of United Kingdom bathing waters included within the scope of the Bathing Water Directive.
