This report looks at young people’s experiences of:

  • lost learning and restricted attendance at school and college since March 2020
  • educational recovery support

Qualitative research was carried out to explore how the COVID-19 pandemic affected learning and wellbeing. This report outlines the findings of online paired interviews with 30 young people aged 16 to 19 in full time education.

The findings will inform ongoing policy work to support young people’s educational recovery.
