Biography
Mr Talwar has been appointed Chargé d’Affaires ad Interim to the Republic of Vanuatu. He joined the UK diplomatic service in 2003 and has had postings to New York, Geneva, Brussels, Guatemala, Peru, Sudan, South Sudan, Mauritania, India, Myanmar, New Zealand, France, Ireland and Djibouti. In London, he spent two years on secondment to the UK Parliament at the House of Commons.
