Vanessa Howlison
Biography
Vanessa Howlison was appointed Chief Finance Officer (CFO) for Highways England in June 2016. Prior to this, Vanessa was Group Finance Director at the Department for Transport. She was also Finance Director for the Department of Energy and Climate Change, and before that for Ofsted.
In addition to managing all aspects of the company’s finances, the Chief Finance Officer oversees:
- Corporate Assurance
- Estates
- DartCharge
