Tony was appointed the Operations and Customer Services Director in June 2014.
Further education includes a Higher National Certificate in Business Studies.
Tony has held a number of senior positions in the private sector including Director of Operations at Nuance, where he was responsible for 8,000 employees in a rapidly growing business providing telecoms products across the globe.
Tony has a background in managing contact centres including BSkyB Limited, where he was responsible for overall delivery of services and back office processing functions for all Sky contact centres.
Tony has a keen interest in understanding the needs of the customer and providing excellent service. Whilst head of customer services at Tesco, a number of initiatives were implemented which won industry awards.
