Biography
Tina Churcher became Chief Digital and Data Officer at the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA) in April 2026.
Tina joined DVSA and the Civil Service in 2019, looking after the digital services used by commercial and vehicle customers.
Before joining DVSA, Tina’s career spanned operational and IT roles, working in both the banking and energy sectors.
She also volunteers as a Trustee at Greenwood Academy Trust where she provides support and guidance to their executive leadership team across 38 primary, secondary and SEND schools in the midlands.
