Stuart joined Companies House in August 2025 as Director of Portfolio, Change and Implementation. He is responsible for leading the organisation’s strategic change portfolio, ensuring the effective delivery of transformation programmes that support Companies House’s long-term vision and priorities.
Stuart has held senior leadership roles within the telecoms sector, with a career of over 20 years spanning strategic portfolio delivery, customer experience improvement, and management systems implementation. He has led large-scale transformation initiatives focused on improving operational efficiency and delivering high-quality services to customers and stakeholders.
