Biography
Sarah Maddock become Acting Director of Communications and Customer at the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA) in July 2026.
Before becoming an acting director, Sarah was Head of Corporate Communications at DVSA.
She has held various roles at DVSA and one of its predecessor organisations, the Driving Standards Agency, since 1999. Before then, Sarah worked for the Cabinet Office and HM Customs and Excise.
