Peter Walton brings exceptional expertise in insolvency law, with a near forty-year academic career at the University of Wolverhampton, where he is now Emeritus Professor of Insolvency Law. A widely published authority on insolvency and corporate rescue, Peter has contributed to major UK insolvency reforms, advised government and professional bodies, and held senior leadership roles in insolvency education. His international advisory experience and technical governance background will be a valuable asset to the Board.
