Biography
Oliver Mulvey became Director of Policy at the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA) in November 2025.
Oliver joined the Civil Service in 2003 and has spent most of his career in the Department for Transport, also holding roles in the Cabinet Office, and independent bodies including the Airports Commission.
