Niall Cullens
Biography
Niall Cullens has been Deputy High Commissioner (Political and Development) in Port Moresby since December 2025. He has over 40 years’ experience as a diplomat in the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office. He has served overseas in missions in the Americas, Europe, Africa, Asia and the Pacific. He has a background in a variety of policy and programme roles both in London and overseas.
Niall is Acting High Commissioner in the absence of the High Commissioner from Papua New Guinea.
