Neil Bradley

Biography
Neil Bradley was appointed as the British High Commissioner to the Republic of Namibia in May 2025.
Prior to this appointment, he was His Majesty’s Ambassador to the Republic of Liberia from July 2020 until February 2025. He previously served as the Head of the Human Rights Policy Unit from 2017 to 2020, based in the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office in London.
Neil has served in a variety of postings including as Political Counsellor at the British High Commission in Pretoria, First Secretary (Justice & Home Affairs) at the United Kingdom’s Permanent Representation to the European Union, and a secondment to the European External Action Service.

British High Commissioner to Namibia
The High Commissioner is the UK government’s representative in a Commonwealth nation. They are responsible for the direction and work of the High Commission and its Deputy High Commissions and/or Consulates, including political work, trade and investment, press and cultural relations, and visa and consular services.
