Mandy Fields
Biography
Mandy was appointed to the role of Complaints Investigation and Data Lead in April 2023.
Mandy joined the Adjudicator’s Office Business Management & Transformation Group (BMTG) in 2019, initially as operational lead on finance and workforce planning before moving onto the role of BMTG Lead in 2021. She has worked in the Adjudicators Office since 2011.
Before joining the Adjudicator’s Office Mandy worked in HMRC. She originally joined Customs and Excise as a VAT Inspector and worked primarily as a VAT and Tax Avoidance Specialist in HMRC’s Large Business.
Complaints Investigation and Data Lead
The Complaints Investigation and Data Lead is responsible for overseeing the work of the Adjudicator’s Office investigation teams and leading on our digital transformation, business data and reporting.
