Luisa Fulci

Biography
Luisa joins Companies House from Dudley Council, where she worked with the executive team to modernise, digitise and commercialise services across housing, social care, environmental services, and corporate functions.
Before that, Luisa spent 16 years at Royal Mail, modernising services for customers and leading digital and commercial strategies for both consumer and business markets. Luisa is also a non-executive board member at HM Courts and Tribunals Service, a role she will continue alongside her work at Companies House. She has previously held non-executive roles in the NHS and at CILEx Regulation.
Luisa brings a strong track record of leading large scale transformation and service design in both the public and private sectors, with a focus on identifying innovative opportunities that deliver great customer experience and achieve strategic outcomes.
Director of Transformation and Business Change
The Director of Transformation and Business Change oversees the Transformation Delivery, Digital and Technology and Data directorates. They report to the chief executive.
The role includes:
- giving strategic oversight for transformation and change
- collaborating with people across the organisation to embed changes effectively and make sure Companies House is delivering the outcomes expected of us
