Biography
Liz was appointed Director of Change at the Animal & Plant Health Agency in August 2026.
She has worked in various sectors throughout her career. This includes leading on large change programmes such as:
- construction developments
- digital transformation
During her time in Cleveland Police she directed a programme to support the police force out of special measures.
