Koral Anderson is currently Head of Transformation at Barclays, a role she has held since 2022, where she leads large-scale change programmes spanning operations, digital, data, procurement and cost transformation. With over 25 years’ experience in global financial services – including senior roles at Barclays, Deutsche Bank and Goldman Sachs – Koral brings deep expertise in operational excellence, complex transformation and delivery at scale.
